Refund eligibility

We accept refund requests within 14 days of purchase, unless a longer period is required by law. To be eligible, please provide your purchase email and order details.

  • Digital Products: eligible within the refund window if the product is not as described, not functioning in a supported environment, or you are not satisfied.
  • Optional human-provided services: eligible within the refund window if the service has not started. If work has started, we may offer a partial refund depending on progress.
  • Subscriptions: you can cancel future renewals anytime. Refund requests for the current billing period are evaluated case-by-case within the refund window.
How to request a refund
  1. Email support@pnao.in with subject: Refund Request.
  2. Include your order details (email used at checkout, date of purchase, product name).
  3. Tell us the reason (optional but helpful) and any screenshots/logs if it’s a technical issue.
Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
